Anyway, it will show a screen as shown in that thread you linked. Check mods to activate them, select a mod then use the arrows in the window to move them up or down in the load order (mods higher up will overwrite mods below them if they conflict) Press save when you are done (you can save different profiles but this is rarely necessary) and then press launch.
