I cannot find an option to do this when starting the mail merge from Outlook or from Word. There is no native way in Outlook or in Word to do this. How can I do this? I want to include a document in my mail merge.

If you double click that smart object layer’s thumbnail, another document will open, where you can adjust the text and shape layers. Once you make the changes, save them (File > Save), then close the smart object’s document (File > Close) to go back to the original file. The effect should be updated accordingly. Hope this helps. I downloaded the “Cinematic Title Effect” as an experiment. If i click on the red upper layer in the PSD I get several messages about how I don’t have the same font. That’s ok since I can bypass those and change the font to whatever I like but doing that simply opens up a separate PSD file with the fonts and no matter what I do, the fonts on that PSD don’t apply to the whole thing. The “Effects” group and the “Shadow” group have well over 50 different layers collectively so they would all have to change at the same time.
